The Job 464 – VSB Jeceaba, MG celebrated the achievement of significant milestones and objectives, such as: maintaining the ISO 9001 quality system, the OHSAS 18001 and ISO 14001 certificates, production targets, and reaching the milestone of 6,200,000 MAN-HOURS without lost time accidents.

Because of previous, well developed planning and appropriate dimensioning of the necessary equipment, the steel beam assembly step was successfully completed on schedule and within the safety criteria, which will allow the completion of the Sobremetal access viaduct, thereby releasing an important phase of the João Monlevade Plant infrastructure works.
Both the pre-assembly work and placement of the 29.30-meter beams were planned and carried out so as not to interfere with traffic inside the plant and in the outside community.
