Construções implemented the Quality Management System in order to assure the satisfaction of its Customers through the partnership and commitment of all employees, which certainly implies greater competitiveness and highlight in the market.

Since July 2003, the company has been certified by the international standard ISO 9001/2000 – within the scope of Building Construction and Industrial Civil Constructions, besides the PBQP-H/Level A – Building Constructions, also on July 2003.

Mascarenhas Barbosa Roscoe S.A Construções assures, through its Directors, Managers, Engineers and Construction Supervisors, austere safety standards, purposing the best indexes that translate physical wholesomeness to its collaborators and to its assets.

Managers, from several levels, are responsible for the implementation and fulfillment of that policy, as well as for the compliance with workplace safety standards and procedures within the areas under their auspices. MBR demands from its subcontractors the full compliance with the safety standards and routines which it established, as well as the legal requirements in effect.
