A new training program for Officers and Foremen is being launched. Its objective is to invest on the employee and give him/her incentive to always improve. Just as the company has its continuous improvement program as one of its values, it believes that seeking improvements should be everyone’s objective.

With the Building Foremen and Building Workers programs the professionals will have a chance to learn a new craft and, upon obtaining the average grade provided in the regulation, they will get a promotion along with all the benefits that comes with it. And the supervisor responsible for the employee training and accompaniment will also get a bonus.

The regulation, as well as the program’s presentation is being divulged in all construction sites. Get the information, be part of this! Invest on your future!

In partnership with Sesi, Projeto Viva carried out the Health Circuit in the main office. The Health Circuit consists in a diagnosis obtained upon hearing what each collaborator has to say about their health conditions, workplace conditions and life style, besides measurement of some health indexes – such as blood pressure, blood glucose level and mouth hygiene – so, from the results obtained, analyze risks and prevent possible illnesses.

To accompany the body’s signals is fundamental to maintain sound health. We should not ignore the messages the body sends us and, when in doubt, the best thing is to go see a specialist. MBR considered that and brought the doctor’s office to its professionals, in a way to properly adapt the monitoring process of everyone’s routine. Once again, our objective is to collaborate with the quality of life, to show how important it is to have healthy habits and to create conditions in order to improve and to balance everyone’s life.
