A new training program for Officers and Foremen is being launched. Its objective is to invest on the employee and give him/her incentive to always improve. With the Building Foremen and Building Workers programs the professionals will have a chance to learn a new craft and, upon obtaining the average grade provided in the regulation, they will get a promotion along with all the benefits that comes with it.
